Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized organic farm restaurant in the Sierra de la Laguna foothills — a legendary Los Cabos institution since the late 1990s. Flora Farms is a 25-acre organic working farm in the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, home to Flora's Field Kitchen — recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand and listed in the World's 50 Best Discovery. Founded by Gloria and Patrick Greene in the late 1990s, the farm raises its own chickens, runs an onsite butcher program, bakes all breads in-house, and grows the vegetables, fruits (mango, papaya, citrus), and herbs served at the table. Executive Chef Guillermo Tellez leads a seasonal kitchen focused on handmade family-style cuisine. No beef is served — a deliberate sustainability stance given Baja's water scarcity. Signature dishes include Neapolitan flatbreads, pork chop with crispy potatoes, gazpacho, and house-made ice creams and sorbets. The property also includes a Farm Bar, grocery, spa, cooking classes, and luxury culinary cottages.
